Willow Creek Apartments

Project Description:

Paradigm performed an evaluation of concrete slab moisture due to the presence of efflorescence at several locations in the building space.  We conducted a thermal imaging survey, performed soil borings, and installed piezometers (groundwater monitoring wells).  Based on our test program several potential sources of water were identified and recommended for remediation.
