Sugar Land Town Square

Project Description:

The Sugar Land Town Square consists of multiple buildings in a Town Square setting. Paradigm Consultants was retained by the project developers, Sugar Land Properties, to provide geotechnical and construction materials testing services for the design and construction of the various projects within the Sugar Land Town Center Properties. The projects included retail, garages, multi-level office buildings, utilities, and a major hotel/convention center. This involvement during the project saved foundation construction costs since site-specific experience was being developed with each new facility and phase of the project.
